Among the decisions agreed to implement in the short term are, in addition to a work table to coordinate the different joint actions, the possibility of making the billing at the reception of the different hotels, or the installation of screens in which to report in real time of the operations carried out in the Seville airport.
The agreement also includes a plan to facilitate the operation and transfer of visitors from the airport through a specific accreditation of the receiving agencies, as well as the exchange of information between the different agents to maximize the coordination between the hotel offer, the frequencies of the flight lines and the decisions of the tour operators.
In the same line are also initiatives included in the agreement as the beginning of contacts with Scandinavian airlines to look for cooperation lines that allow the arrival of tourists linked to the Golf offer, or the design of a specific marketing plan between the Airport of Seville and the tourist sector of the province for the promotion of the destination.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Sevillian airfield, the president of the Hotel Association of Huelva and president of the Business Circle of Tourism, José Manuel Díaz; the President of the Association of Receptive Agencies of Huelva, Luis Arroyo, and a broad representation of the Huelva hotel sector in which he was, among others, the general director of Adh Hotels, Carlos Berrozpe.
